Delete your Rillo account
In the app
- Open Rillo and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out straight away and can't sign back in while the request is processed.
Without the app
Email rillo@lifemadebetterco.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm by email before deleting anything.
What happens next
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. When your account is deleted we remove or anonymise your profile, photos, verification selfie, location, interests, matches and circle memberships, device registrations and notifications, and your sign-in details. We keep only what the law or safety requires. Our Privacy Policy lists each category and how long it is kept.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
